I too, have been a Life Member for over 23 yrs. I have my last issue of North American Hunter here from Spring/Summer 2014.

Nothing came after that. After many months past, I called the number listed inside, which failed. So....periodically throughout the years, I would try to contact them again.......FAILED!!! After looking through the magazine again, it seemed to me there was a trick to keeping your membership going, so I jumped through the "hoops" of filling out an online application.

When it came to the last step of submitting the application (on which I had entered my life membership number), it stopped me with "restricted access" gibberish.

I had discovered another phone number to call, but, alas.....FAILURE. I agree with others: to pay back the life membership fee if they cannot honor what "lifetime" means.

Product or Service Mentioned: North American Hunting Club Membership.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $400.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
