Submitted customer service email request did 2-22-2017 asking for sign-in / password assistance due to what I show would not allow access. Waited one week without a reply, followed up with another email stating hadn't received reply.

Today is 3-6 and still no reply! Previous peeve was NAHC discontinued magazine and went all digital. No problem, except, enjoyed reading when traveling and with out electrical device, this doesn't work well.

Now no magizine, along with totally unacceptable customer service, I'll just let my subscription expire, if already hasn't, which was another customer service question I need to ask. Oh well, how does a company expect to survive these times and provide poor service?
