I am a life member (#40444306) and have not gotten anything from NAHC in 2 years I have tried calling their 800 number they have listed in my paperwork and on their site but it is not a good number, I even tried 411 information and was told that there was no listing for NAHC in Minnetonka, MN.

So at this point I am debating on filing a law suite for fraud and deception against them for the return of all my money ($500.00) because I feel that they are a fraud company after taking my money and then they have stopped sending any ads, no offers and then stop my magazines. I would like to know how many others have gotten screwed over as well.

This reviewer shared experience and wants this business to issue a full refund. ncjulius52 is overall dissatisfied with North American Hunting Club. The most disappointing about north american hunting club membership at North American Hunting Club was bad phone number, bad address and no response Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.

To All Whom It May Concern If A NAHC Life Member

I am really mad and asking for a boycott of the company called SCOUT, who I assume hold the rights to the North American Hunting Club because that is the company who responded back when I inquired about the NAHC. I am asking for help from all my fellow hunters who hunt and especially those who are paid members of the NAHC as Life Members who paid up to $500.00 and have been ripped off by NAHC (SCOUT) by breaching their member promise of benefits.

I am asking to please help me in expressing and showing how dishonest and how much of a fraud and rip off company they are and that they have failed to meet their membership agreements after receiving our money.

As far as I know it no one was ever notified and given the opportunity or chance to say wither anyone member wanted to stay or get a refund. The NAHC when I joined offered and promised two magazines for life, free offers for field testing gear and yearly NAHC Hunting Resource Directories and updates on hunting and hunting gear.

Suddenly and without any type of notifications whatsoever to me and other members who had also paid for NAHC Life Memberships we failed to receive anything from any company stating that there were changes being made. I found out that myself and other Life Members had stopped receiving anything from NAHC and got nothing whatsoever. They had my information and it has not changed in 15 years and yet I got nothing sent by any company either sending me a (letter) notice by mailing to my address (which they have or had) or even emailing me, my magazines stopped, all NAHC advertisements stopped.

I could not find out anything whatsoever for over two years why until I finally found a certain site (I don’t want to the site in trouble) and found out that others are having the same problem with NAHC. I am thinking hard about sending this letter to a lot of the editors of major hunting magazines for their thoughts but I need some input from you as well. So, I am asking anyone who really enjoys hunting to express their thoughts and opinion on how to right this wrong. If possible please pass on this information to others who might be in the same boat.

I am in the same boat with you guys paid for life membership and then for the last couple of years I have not heard or gotten anything from them. They should be sued for doing people this way.

They never contacted me at all to say they were closing up shop. If there is a class action suit I would like to be a part of it.

I also paid for lifetime of Handyman Club it has done the same thing . I wonder if they are not run by the same outfit.

To add on to what I said about NAHC and what really gets me is that I have lived at the same address for over 15 years so they have no excuse for their actions about not doing what they should be doing and if they changed their name or main location site why wasn't a letter or e-mail sent out to members telling everyone.

I too am (was) a Lifetime member #40081146. I thought they meant my lifetime, not theirs.

I had the same problem I purchased a life membership years ago I got married in 2003 and moved My mail was forwarded however that was the last I heard. I have attempted to contact them as they stoped sending the magazine or anything else with no response.

I think there are a lot of folks that are in the same boat. I do not remember my membership number but that should be no excuse.
